We came up with the idea to build the perfect tender some 20 years ago. The years passed, but to understand the future you must know your history. We draw inspiration from early 1900’s boat design, and learned from several hundred years of craftsmanship and boat building tradition from Sweden.

The design evolved in a slow but steady pace and with each pencildraw we tried to raise the bar for what a 25 foot sloop could be. The result is a fast, classic and safe boat with a long narrow hull, straight stern and lines that makes her look fast even when laying still.

BORN TO BE A CLASSIC

Hwila was born out of a passion for classic styling and boat building heritage.

Our hull accelerates without planing and handles smoothly in choppy conditions without any rolling. The Hwila 25 is a solid boat built with only proven materials and components of the highest quality. Our uncompromising focus on perfection has resulted in a boat with beautiful lines, fantastic seakeeping and a unique style.
